Responsibility
- Lead and manage BIR tax compliance, ensuring timely and accurate filings.
- Coordinate and facilitate internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to support strategic business decisions.
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
- Monitor and reconcile accounting discrepancies, resolving issues promptly.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights to optimize financial performance.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax regulations and accounting standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, tax compliance, or auditing.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of BIR regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial data management.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
