Responsibility
- Oversee and manage all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local and international standards.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for real estate and property development projects.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of land acquisition, property sales, leasing, and other real estate transactions.
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy.
- Collaborate with legal and property teams to review contracts, agreements, and financial terms for land deals and property transactions.
- Monitor cash flow, investments, and financial risks, providing recommendations to senior management.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with Indonesian financial regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field (required).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience in real estate accounting, land acquisition, or property development finance.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations, tax laws, and GAAP/IFRS standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
