Responsibility
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local regulations.
- Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering a culture of accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, audits, and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Collaborate with department heads to prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses.
- Monitor cash flow, manage banking relationships, and optimize working capital.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in hospitality accounting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
