Responsibility
- Record and process daily business transactions accurately.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable to ensure smooth cash flow.
- Perform regular bank and ledger reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Monitor petty cash and operational expenses.
- Assist in preparing tax documentation and compliance reports.
- Maintain systematic filing of financial documents and receipts.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure budget adherence.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (experience in the F&B industry is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Accurate, MYOB, or similar).
- Strong analytical skills and extreme attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional work ethic.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
