Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets to support business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Assist in audits and financial reviews to maintain accuracy and transparency.
- Monitor cash flow and financial transactions to support sustainable business practices.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, tax regulations, and compliance.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in sustainable or eco-conscious businesses is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is advantageous.
