Responsibility
- Manage the end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) process, ensuring timely and accurate customer invoicing.
- Apply customer payments and maintain accurate customer balances.
- Reconcile AR accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure financial data integrity and compliance.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Communicate with customers regarding billing inquiries and payment status.
- Support the implementation of financial policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable processes and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
