Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support business decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and assist in tax filings and audits.
- Monitor cash flow, reconcile bank statements, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements.
- Conduct financial audits and identify areas for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Certification such as CPA or equivalent is a plus.
