Responsibility

  • Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and expense tracking using QuickBooks.
  • Reconcile bank statements and financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Prepare and process payroll, ensuring timely and accurate disbursements for staff.
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and budget preparation.
  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and streamline financial workflows.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for financial documents and records.
  • Support audit processes by providing necessary documentation and explanations for financial transactions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and implement efficient solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial coordination roles.
  • Proficient in QuickBooks (certification is a plus) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions preferred).
  • Strong understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and financial reporting standards.
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is highly advantageous.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
