Responsibility
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and expense tracking using QuickBooks.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Prepare and process payroll, ensuring timely and accurate disbursements for staff.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and budget preparation.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and streamline financial workflows.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for financial documents and records.
- Support audit processes by providing necessary documentation and explanations for financial transactions.
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and implement efficient solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial coordination roles.
- Proficient in QuickBooks (certification is a plus) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions preferred).
- Strong understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is highly advantageous.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
