Responsibility
- Manage and reconcile project-related payables, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and support project accounting needs.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives by implementing and optimizing accounting software and tools.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making and project performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and company policies.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities for assigned projects.
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
- Provide support during audits and financial reviews as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on project accounting or payables.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and generate insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with digital transformation or process automation in accounting is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
