Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation and processing of financial statements, invoices, and expense reports.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records, including general ledger entries and reconciliations.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, including vendor payments and client billing.
- Verify and reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and other financial documents.
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
- Prepare and file necessary financial documents for audits and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve accounting processes and implement best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles (internships included).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of financial data.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with real estate accounting or property management is a plus.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
