Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records, including ledgers, journals, and reconciliations.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including preparing financial reports and statements.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring, providing insights to support financial decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems for financial documents, both digital and physical.
- Provide administrative support to the accounting team as needed, including data entry and report generation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting or financial roles, preferably in a community management or real estate environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced level).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and reporting.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote/hybrid environment.
- Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and tax compliance is a plus.
