Responsibility
- Process and manage accounts receivable transactions, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding customer balances to ensure timely collections.
- Prepare and distribute monthly statements and financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in general ledger maintenance and ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation in compliance with company policies.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities as required.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients regarding billing inquiries.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome!).
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and accounts receivable processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and accounting software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data accurately.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and team members.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) is an advantage but not required.
