Responsibility
- Process and verify supplier invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and execute payments to vendors in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update accounts payable records with precision.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and statements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Support the finance team in audits and compliance-related activities.
- Handle administrative tasks related to accounting and financial documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar accounting role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
