Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation and processing of invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Support payroll processing, including data entry, verification, and distribution.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
- Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and spreadsheets.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements for management review.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring all payments and collections are processed efficiently.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve financial processes and implement best practices.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and assist in the preparation of tax filings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and reporting.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
