Responsibility
- Lead and manage the accounting and tax departments, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with local regulations.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings, including tax filings and audits.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance.
- Manage payroll processing, tax deductions, and employee benefits administration.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for business growth and cost optimization.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and accounting standards to ensure company adherence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or similar certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and tax management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, GAAP, and financial reporting standards.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team while working collaboratively across departments.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity.
- Experience in a multinational or fast-growing company is an advantage.
