Responsibility
- Manage and oversee customer accounts to ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions.
- Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on overdue payments, and implement effective collection strategies.
- Reconcile account discrepancies and resolve billing issues in collaboration with internal teams.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including aging reports, cash flow statements, and account reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and financial statement preparation.
- Liaise with customers, vendors, and internal departments to address inquiries and resolve financial discrepancies.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records using accounting software and ERP systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting, accounts receivable, or financial management.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar ERP systems).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Experience working in a multinational or fast-paced environment is a plus.
