This role offers a competitive salary package of IDR 50,000,000 – 70,000,000 per month (equivalent to SGD 3,300 – 4,700), along with AWS (Annual Wage Supplement) and variable bonuses. Responsibility
- Manage full-set accounting processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decision-making.
- Liaise with external auditors and tax consultants to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Process payroll and manage employee expense claims for construction project teams.
- Monitor cash flow and optimize working capital for construction projects.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in full-set accounting, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Certification such as ACCA, CPA, or CA is a plus.
