Responsibility
- Manage daily accounting tasks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and employee benefits.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for management review.
- Coordinate with internal departments to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.
- Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Handle tax filings, audits, and other regulatory requirements in collaboration with external auditors.
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA) is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or administration, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or local ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) is required.
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and financial regulations is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
