Responsibility
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Monitor financial performance by comparing actual results with forecasts and budgets, providing insights to management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and support decision-making processes.
- Maintain and update financial records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Assist in audits by preparing documentation and responding to auditor inquiries.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
- Stay updated on accounting regulations and industry trends to ensure best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions).
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams.
- Knowledge of GAAP or IFRS standards is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is an advantage but not required.
