Responsibility
- Manage full-spectrum accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local GAAP and IFRS.
- Utilize SAP S/4HANA to process transactions, generate reports, and ensure data integrity across financial modules.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes by providing accurate financial data and insights.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings and compliance with local regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and address findings.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA) is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting, with hands-on experience using SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong knowledge of local accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and tax regulations in Indonesia.
- Proven ability to manage full-spectrum accounting and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and financial software.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is an advantage.
