Responsibility
- Manage full-set accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions, reconciliations, and tax filings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Monitor financial performance and provide insights to optimize operational efficiency in the healthcare sector.
- Maintain internal controls and audit readiness to safeguard financial integrity.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and stakeholders as required.
- Stay updated on accounting standards, healthcare regulations, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-set accounting, preferably in the healthcare or related industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and local tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Experience with financial audits and compliance reporting is advantageous.
