Responsibility

  • Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and tax requirements.
  • Manage administrative functions, including office operations, procurement, and vendor relations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
  • Conduct financial audits and risk assessments to safeguard company assets.
  • Support senior management with strategic financial planning and analysis.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or administrative roles.
  • Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certification such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent is a plus.
