Responsibility
- Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and tax requirements.
- Manage administrative functions, including office operations, procurement, and vendor relations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
- Conduct financial audits and risk assessments to safeguard company assets.
- Support senior management with strategic financial planning and analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or administrative roles.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent is a plus.
