Responsibility
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes in compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure data integrity.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to facilitate audits and tax filings.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for business improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a corporate or digital industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and local tax regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in financial reporting.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is an advantage.
