Responsibility
- Manage and monitor accounts receivable activities, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
- Track and follow up on outstanding payments, resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Perform monthly reconciliations of accounts receivable ledgers to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparing necessary reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues and improve financial processes.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and explanations.
- Maintain and update financial records in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Generate and analyze aging reports to identify and address potential risks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
