Indo Non Woven is currently seeking a highly motivated Account Receivable (AR) Staff to join our finance team in Tangerang. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining our financial health by ensuring accurate invoicing, effective tax compliance, and timely collection of receivables.

Responsibility
- Manage the end-to-end Account Receivable cycle, ensuring all invoices are issued accurately and on time.
- Process and verify e-Faktur tax documents in compliance with current Indonesian tax regulations.
- Monitor customer accounts to ensure payments are received within agreed credit terms.
- Prepare and reconcile aging reports for management review on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Warehouse departments to ensure accurate delivery documentation and billing.
- Perform daily data entry of transactions into the accounting software system.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding billing discrepancies or statement reconciliations.
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and provide support for internal or external audits.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in an Account Receivable or general accounting role.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations, specifically regarding VAT and e-Faktur.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict month-end deadlines.
- Good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients.
- Willing to be based in Tangerang, Banten.
