Responsibility
- Supervise the daily income audit process, ensuring all revenue reports are accurate and balanced across all hotel departments.
- Oversee the Accounts Receivable function, managing timely billing and effective collection of outstanding guest and corporate accounts.
- Monitor and reconcile credit card transactions, city ledger accounts, and travel agent commissions.
- Conduct regular audits of daily financial transactions to identify and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly financial reports for the Finance Manager.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations and internal company financial policies.
- Train and mentor junior accounting staff on best practices for income audit and collection procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in hotel accounting or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of hotel property management systems (PMS) and accounting software.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage accounts receivable and effectively handle debt collection.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional proficiency in English.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to work collaboratively across various departments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
