Responsibility
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for business growth
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and initiatives, ensuring timely execution and alignment with company objectives
- Provide administrative support to the marketing and communications team, including documentation and reporting
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and project delivery
- Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, presentations, and reports
- Organize and participate in client meetings, events, and promotional activities
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize future marketing strategies
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in account management, marketing coordination, or a similar role (fresh graduates with strong potential will be considered)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with CRM software and marketing tools is a plus
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach
