Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market penetration in the construction and hardware sectors.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
- Lead digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing, to generate leads and drive sales.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing collateral, product launches, and promotional materials.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and industry partners.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B or industrial sectors.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate insights into actionable plans.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, CRM systems, and social media management.
