Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with government bodies, regulatory agencies, and corporate clients to support business objectives.
- Identify and pursue strategic partnership opportunities to enhance Baterikuâs market presence and revenue streams.
- Represent the company in high-level meetings, negotiations, and industry events to advocate for its interests.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Legal, Marketing, Sales) to align external relations with company goals.
- Monitor policy changes, industry trends, and competitive landscapes to provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports tailored to stakeholdersâ needs.
- Coordinate corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives and community engagement programs.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards in all external interactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Political Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in government relations, corporate affairs, or business development.
- Proven track record of building and managing relationships with high-level stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong analytical abilities with a keen understanding of policy frameworks and market dynamics.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools; experience with data analysis is a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings and events.
