Responsibility
- Manage and nurture client accounts to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
- Provide administrative support, including documentation, reporting, and data management.
- Liaise between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
- Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
- Assist in developing marketing strategies and content tailored to client needs.
- Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain professional relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in account management, marketing coordination, or administrative support (fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic CRM tools.
