Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive business growth.
- Assess client financial needs and recommend tailored banking products and services (e.g., loans, deposits, investments).
- Conduct credit evaluations and risk assessments to ensure compliance with banking regulations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for banking products and services.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., risk management, operations) to streamline processes and improve client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on banking trends, products, and regulatory changes to offer informed advice.
- Prepare and present regular reports on account performance and market opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in banking, sales, or customer service (preferably in a BPR or similar financial institution).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build client trust.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with banking software, CRM tools, and financial analysis.
- Knowledge of Indonesian banking regulations and compliance standards.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple client accounts efficiently.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
