Responsibility

  • Manage a portfolio of Small, Medium, and Corporate (SMC) clients, building strong, long-term relationships and fostering customer loyalty.
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within existing accounts and new prospects, with a primary focus on Microsoft Azure and AWS cloud solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas and performance metrics for cloud and software services.
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand client challenges and propose tailored SoftwareONE solutions, including licensing, managed services, and cloud transformation.
  • Collaborate effectively with pre-sales engineers, solution architects, and delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and project success.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, Microsoft and AWS product developments, and competitive landscape to maintain a strong market position.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals, conduct negotiations, and ensure contractual agreements are aligned with client expectations and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of 3+ years in B2B IT sales, account management, or business development, with a focus on cloud services (Microsoft Azure and/or AWS).
  • Solid understanding of cloud computing concepts, services, and architectures from Microsoft (Azure) and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and develop strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English (proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Experience working with the Indonesian market or Southeast Asian clients is highly advantageous.
  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner) are a plus.
