Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share in the natural resources sector, including mining, agriculture, and plantation industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, private sector clients, and key stakeholders in the oil & gas industry.
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions to secure high-value projects and partnerships.
- Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and market opportunities to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and present reports on sales performance, market analysis, and strategic recommendations.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and government meetings.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development within the natural resources or oil & gas sector.
- Proven track record of managing government or large corporate accounts.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with Indonesian regulatory frameworks related to natural resources and energy.
- Ability to travel within Bali and other regions as required.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
