Responsibility
- Manage and service a portfolio of group insurance clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Lead renewal processes, including negotiations, contract reviews, and client presentations.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand the client portfolio.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriting and claims, to deliver seamless client experiences.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including brokers and corporate clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
- Prepare and present regular reports on portfolio performance, renewal rates, and sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all client interactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development within the insurance industry.
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of group insurance products, underwriting processes, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
