Responsibility
- Manage and grow a portfolio of ANZ-based clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention through strategic account planning.
- Develop and execute data-driven ad campaigns using AdTech tools (DSPs, DMPs, SSPs) to maximize ROI and performance.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and tech teams to align client needs with innovative ad solutions.
- Monitor and analyze campaign metrics (CTR, conversion rates, spend efficiency) and provide actionable insights.
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities to expand client investment in digital advertising.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication.
- Stay ahead of AdTech trends (programmatic, AI-driven ads, cookieless targeting) and advise clients on best practices.
- Prepare and present performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and clients.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Digital Advertising, or AdTech, preferably with ANZ market exposure.
- Proven track record of managing high-value client accounts and driving revenue growth in ad sales or media.
- Deep understanding of programmatic advertising, demand-side platforms (DSPs), and ad exchanges.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar tools to interpret campaign data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate complex ad strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote/hybrid environment with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and ad servers (Google Ad Manager, Xandr).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; AdTech certifications (e.g., IAB, Google Ads) are a plus.
