Responsibility
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts to achieve long-term success and maintain high client satisfaction levels.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with a sense of urgency.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to expand the account footprint and revenue.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans aimed at meeting monthly and quarterly KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal creative and technical departments to ensure client requirements are delivered accurately.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide comprehensive, data-driven insights to clients.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscapes to provide proactive advice and innovative solutions to clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management, client relations, or a high-level sales role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining extreme attention to detail.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills with a commercial mindset.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a dynamic environment.
