Responsibility
- Manage full-set accounting for housing development projects, including AP/AR, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with local and international standards.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, including VAT, withholding taxes, and corporate income tax.
- Collaborate with project managers to monitor budgets, forecast costs, and optimize financial performance.
- Conduct internal audits and implement controls to mitigate financial risks.
- Liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and transparency.
- Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and documentation for the organization.
- Provide strategic insights to senior management through financial analysis and trend reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in full-set accounting, preferably in real estate or property development.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards (PSAK/IFRS).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a bonus.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
