Responsibility
- Manage and oversee the full set of accounts, including general ledger, journal entries, and month-end closing processes.
- Monitor and reconcile daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP/IFRS standards.
- Assist in cash flow forecasting and management, providing insights to support strategic financial decisions.
- Liaise with internal departments (e.g., Finance, Operations) and external parties (e.g., auditors, banks, vendors) to resolve discrepancies and streamline processes.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and variance analyses for management review.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings and compliance with local and international regulations.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.
- Support audit preparations and coordinate with external auditors as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in real estate, property development, or a multinational corporation.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS and local tax regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with cash flow management and financial reporting in a high-volume transaction setting.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and process improvement initiatives is advantageous.
