Responsibility
- Prepare, review, and finalize monthly Management Accounts with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP/IFRS standards.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for process improvements or cost reductions.
- Collaborate with department heads to gather budget inputs, forecasts, and financial reports for strategic planning.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial statements, tax filings, and regulatory reports to relevant authorities.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions, investments, and growth initiatives.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial KPIs, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate smooth audit processes and address findings.
- Implement and optimize accounting software and tools to enhance efficiency and data integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or a similar role, preferably in a multinational or fast-growing company.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS and local tax regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data clearly.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and deadlines in a high-volume environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team, with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
