Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and expense reports.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP or local regulations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to support business growth.
- Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with financial and legal requirements.
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency in accounting operations.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Support payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely salary disbursements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA) is a plus.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting, auditing, or financial analysis (fresh graduates with strong academic records are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and local tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
