Responsibility
- Manage and oversee the full set of accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local regulations and GAAP standards.
- Conduct regular financial analysis and reporting to support management decision-making.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and expense claims.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate smooth audit processes.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to optimize financial performance.
- Maintain and reconcile bank statements and other financial records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial alignment with project goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in full-set accounting, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
- In-depth knowledge of local tax regulations, financial reporting standards, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
