Responsibility
- Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including invoicing, payments, and financial reporting.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base in Bali.
- Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to senior management.
- Coordinate with sales, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
- Resolve client inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a professional and efficient service.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies tailored to the local market.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, sales, or finance, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is highly advantageous.
