Responsibility
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Process and verify financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and maintain financial documentation, including invoices, receipts, and financial statements.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Monitor financial performance and identify discrepancies, proposing corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure timely and accurate payment processing for vendors, employees, and other stakeholders.
- Support audit processes by providing necessary documentation and explanations for financial transactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or financial management roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
