As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining financial records, reconciling accounts, and supporting inventory control. Responsibility
- Manage daily accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Oversee inventory management using AutoCount Inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely reporting.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including audit preparations.
- Monitor and reconcile inventory discrepancies, investigating and resolving issues as needed.
- Generate financial and inventory reports for management review.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial and inventory processes.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Accounts Assistant or similar role, with proficiency in AutoCount Accounting & Inventory.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
