Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation and processing of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, including invoicing, payments, and collections.
- Conduct regular audits of financial records to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes by compiling and analyzing financial data.
- Prepare and submit tax filings, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Generate financial reports and presentations for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in an international environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and IFRS standards.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
- Experience with tax compliance and financial reporting is highly desirable.
