Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local regulations.
- Process and reconcile accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain and update general ledger accounts, ensuring all entries are recorded correctly.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and adjustments.
- Prepare and file tax documents, ensuring timely and accurate submissions to relevant authorities.
- Assist with payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions, and statutory contributions.
- Conduct regular audits of financial data to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information and provide insights for decision-making.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
