Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accounting software to ensure accurate financial records and transactions.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, vendors, manufacturers, and auditors, to facilitate smooth financial operations.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.
- Support the finance team in month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial data.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and payments in a timely manner.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities as required.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Experience working in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus.
