Responsibility

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records, including ledgers, journals, and reconciliations.
  • Process invoices, expenses, and payments in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Support the finance team in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
  • Assist in the preparation of tax filings and coordinate with external auditors as needed.
  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies in a proactive manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data accurately.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
