As an Account Assistant, you will work closely with our Account Managers to bridge the gap between creative execution and client satisfaction. Responsibility

  • Support the Account Management team in the daily execution of client projects and campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, contracts, and project documentation.
  • Coordinate between internal departments (creative, production, finance) to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Prepare comprehensive meeting agendas, presentation materials, and post-meeting minutes for client reviews.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and assist in generating regular progress reports.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling, email correspondence, and billing coordination.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new clients to ensure a smooth transition.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; previous internship experience in a media or advertising agency is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and a strong sense of accountability.
