Responsibility
- Manage daily accounting tasks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Oversee administrative functions such as document management, office supplies procurement, and coordination of office maintenance.
- Process payroll, employee reimbursements, and benefits administration in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain and update financial records, databases, and filing systems to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and financial statement preparation.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, such as vendors, clients, and auditors, to resolve discrepancies and provide necessary documentation.
- Support the finance team in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to drive informed business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and company policies, including timely submission of statutory reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong numerical skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
